The Pegasus Story!
Our story began in a small area of Toronto, Canada. Our principal broker incorporated the company and opened its doors to the public in August 2008. During that time, we were a one-person brokerage.
We had a tough beginning. In October 2008 Canada entered into an official recession which was led on by the Global Financial Market crash. However, that did not hinder our growth! We persevered through the dark days of the recession and started growing slowly and steadily.
Pegasus founders developed a business model based on providing professional and impartial advice to our clients. It is a business model which offers an excellent and ethical customer service experience. Our model grew based on strong support and training of our agents and staff. It developed further to ensure skilled and knowledgeable services are provided to our clients.
Over the years, Pegasus became a leader in the mortgage industry by providing proficient mortgage advice and financial solutions to our valuable clients.

My experience with Pegasus was excellent. From beginning to end, the communication was impeccable. I got all the questions answered in a couple minutes. Our brokers Matt Brookes along with Fred Camingal and the team really did help us not with one but two mortgage approvals in a short period of time. They gave us best rates you can find online. They are friendly, patience, knowledgeable and have excellent service. I appreciate all the help they gave during the process and you can tell they’re professionals. I highly recommend them!

The mortgage renewal process is a daunting one is what I realized when I had to start my Mortgage renewal. Jessica Kaur from Pegasus Mortgage held our hand through the entire process, and was very professional in making sure we got the best possible rates and that we are able to understand each and every document that was being requested from us and the entire application process. She really went over and above answering questions we may have had and providing us support and constant follow ups during and after the application process. Definitely a professional through and through. We will be looking to work with them again when we next require mortgage related products.
